Customized food plans

There is no 'one size fits all' plan at Balance Wellbeing. After I evaluate your food selection, preparation and intake as well as lifestyle plus understand your level of well-being, I create a customized meal and lifestyle program.

This will include learning about eating whole foods, local, in-season to go with cycles of your body (e.g. root vegetables/soups and warming foods during the winter and light salads during the summer), food ingredients and reading food labels.


$200 ~ 2 Sessions, Comprehensive Individualized Plan, Email and Phone Support

(online, or in-person)

This package comprises of two sessions, complete with a customized nutrition and lifestyle plan designed for you.  Completed intake forms will be brought to the initial meeting (60-90 min.) and we will have detailed discussions to help me gain insight into your personal goals, main health concern(s), health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle. This is a very important session as it serves as a building block for the customized plan (including meal plans) specifically designed for you.

The second session will be a follow up where I will present and we will discuss the plan designed to improve your symptoms.  A detailed 'action plan' specifically for you.  This will also be an opportunity for you to ask any other questions or raise concerns.

**If other follow up appointments are needed or requested, those will be at a reduced rate for current customers.

Whole, nutrient-dense foods

Menu plans

Natural source supplements

Lifestyle modifications

including the use of non-toxic, environmentally friendly household/personal products.
I monitor your progress and am available to explain food labels and suggestions for food preparation.
